Job requirements Due to the growth of the business, we have a brand new opportunity for a talented FP&A professional to join the Group Finance team as FP&A Lead. Acting as deputy to our Group Head of FP&A, and working closely with the broader Finance Leadership team, you will drive the monthly reporting and forecasting and annual budget cycle for the Group. You will work with the Finance Business Partners and FP&A team to ensure consistency, automation and commercial messaging and inputs. Key responsibilities will include: FP&A: Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting with clear messaging for Executive and Board audiences, highlighting areas requiring management action. Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide forward-looking visibility into financial metrics linked to shareholder value creation. Collaborate with SMEs to maintain and enhance Adaptive planning models. Track and report key financial KPIs across the Group Process & Controls Development: Identify and implement improvements in FP&A processes and controls. Ensure adherence to PE reporting standards and internal audit requirements Transformation & Change Support: Champion continuous improvement in financial reporting, analytics, and decision support tools. Work with data team to drive data integrations to support reporting and planning activities If this sounds like your ideal next role, here is what we’re looking for: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in an FP&A function in an autonomous or leadership role Experience in a carve-out, PE-backed, or high-change environment is highly desirable.
