The role will be based out of their Hemel office As the FP&A Analyst your duties will include:Building relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage financial risks.Providing financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Analysing data trends and consolidate findings to deliver meaningful performance insights.Supporting business transformation by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.Developing KPIs and metrics to measure project success and business performance.Creating automated reports and dashboards to monitor financial health and drive informed decisionsThis role is aimed at part qualified or qualified candidates and our client will also consider QBE candidates. The successful candidate will have strong technical accounting experience coupled with the gravitas to partner key stakeholders and provide well timed decision support, and must be a confident Excel user and systems oriented. This is a permanent, full time role. Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, max of circa £50k-£55k + benefits.
