About the Role:Osttra's Finance team requires a recently qualified accountant to join the FP&A team. Osttra is the home of MarkitSERV, Traiana, TriOptima and Reset businesses that offer post trade services to a community of 10k+ clients. There is significant change within finance as we work to build a fully standalone finance function and develop the reporting and analysis we provide. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and is intellectually curious. While you will have regular responsibilities, this role will have changing deliverables as we respond to the needs of shareholders; the finance function and the broader business. Key responsibilities include: Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful commentary on key performance drivers and financial trends.Support the development of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance effectively. Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the annual budgeting process and periodic financial re-forecasts, working closely with various departments to gather inputs and assumptions.Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting activities and scenario planning.
