Reporting to the Head of FP&A and being part of a highly motivated, dedicated team in a fast moving environment. Duties will include:- Responsibilities of the FP&A Accountant Role:- Drive financial insight, support decision making and ensure robust financial planning Assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals Develop, enhance and manage financial models to support business planning Consolidate financial inputs from cross functional teams and challenge assumptions Prepare monthly management reporting, highlighting key variances, trends and insights Support the month end process Business Partnering with Operations to provide financial support, translating financial results into actionable recommendations Requirements of the FP&A Accountant Role:- ACA qualified with a degree and strong academics Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical and business partnering Understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and key financial metrics Benefits of the FP&A Accountant Role:- Excellent career progression opportunities Free on site gym Upto 10% performance related bonus Working from home one day a week
