Reporting to our Foyer Manager our Foyer Administrator provides support in all aspects of the operational and front of house service delivery to Foyer residents. To assist the Foyer team in the fulfilment of their job role ensuring the service is run efficiently and effectively.In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.What do our Foyer Administrator do;Front-desk and Communication Management - Handle reception duties including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, controlling access, distributing keys and post, maintaining information displays, and supporting communication flow between the Foyer and the wider association.Administrative Operations & Record-Keeping - Carry out daily administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, preparing resident files, photocopying/scanning documents, maintaining accurate financial transaction records, and ensuring compliance with MSV financial procedures.Resource & Office Coordination - Manage office supplies (e.g., stationery, electric cards, refreshments), maintain up-to-date marketing materials and local service information, and support operational activities such as organi
