- The Role
- We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to build our UK market from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor: you’ll be the first sales hire in London, responsible for opening doors, building pipeline, and closing early deals.
- We want someone hands-on, scrappy, and hungry — an early-career seller who’s ready to put in the work. You’ll be spending most of your time prospecting, cold calling, and running outreach campaigns.
- If you’ve recently stepped up from an SDR role into closing (6+ months of closing experience) and you’re itching for a challenge, this is the role for you.
- What You’ll Do
- Build Coram AI’s UK pipeline from scratch — heavy outbound (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach).
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing new business.
- Learn the Coram AI platform inside-out and deliver compelling product demos.
- Work directly with the founders to shape our UK go-to-market strategy.
- About You
- 1–3 years in B2B tech sales, including at least 6 months in a closing role.
- Experience as an SDR/BDR with a recent step up to AE strongly preferred.
- A true hunter mindset — self-starter, relentless prospector, thrives on cold outreach.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing net-new business.
- Resilient, coachable, and excited to put in the work in a high-performance environment.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.
