Our Client:We're supporting a growing manufacturing business that is expanding its R&D capability and looking to bring in an experienced Formulation Chemist.The Role:You’ll be developing new products, improving existing blends, and working closely with internal teams to ensure high standards of quality, performance and compliance:Developing and testing new formulationsSupporting product improvements and cost-effective reformulationsWet chemistry analysis (viscosity, pH, melting point, spectrophotometry, etc.)Coordinating microbiological testingCollaborating across R&D, QC and production functionsHelping shape raw material specifications and supplier relationshipsAbout You:Background in personal care, cosmetics, or similar consumer productsDegree (or equivalent experience) in Chemistry or a related scienceStrong analytical skills and a hands-on approach in the labWell organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
