Job Title: Forklift Truck (FLT) Operator & Tyre Loader

Location: Carlisle

Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour

About the Role:

We're currently looking for a reliable and hard-working FLT Operator (Counterbalance) to join our team. This is a physically active role that involves both forklift operation and manual loading of tyres to and from bays and belts, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload tyres to and from bays and conveyor belts
• Support warehouse operations with tyre movement, stacking, and organisation
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Must have an in date Counterbalance Fork Lift Certificate.
• Previous experience working as a Counterbalance FLT Driver
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating shifts:
  • 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm - 6:00am

Training Provided:

• Full induction training given
