Job Advert: Maintenance Plumber (Foot Mobile)

Location: Central London (covering TFL Zones 1 & 2)

Salary: £38,000 per annum + Overtime

Package: Includes fully funded TFL Travelcard (Zones 1-2), pension, and holiday

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our team, operating on a foot mobile basis across a portfolio of commercial properties in Central London.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys working independently. You will be responsible for carrying out all planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.

• Fault finding and repairs on all plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, taps, and sanitary ware.

• Assisting with basic maintenance and monitoring of building plant.

• Working within plant rooms, carrying out checks and minor repairs on AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units).

• Maintaining clear and accurate records of all work completed.

• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be a fully qualified Plumber (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).

• Proven experience in a commercial maintenance environment is essential.
