Align technical initiatives with commercial objectives to deliver measurable business value. Maintain a deep understanding of industry developments and champion procedures and emerging technologies. Food Safety & ComplianceEnsure robust food-safety standards across all retail operations. Oversee HACCP compliance, ensuring all sites meet mandatory requirements. Support teams in implementing safe, consistent, and legally compliant food-handling practices. Provide guidance on food-safety risks, controls, and continuous improvement.
