Access Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting Food & Beverage staff on behalf of our client, working in beautifully castle hotel in a remote location_ in Perthshire._

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer inquiries or special requests.
• Handle guest payments and operate the cash register accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including familiarity with menus and drink offerings.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
