We’re currently recruiting Food and Beverage Assistants to join our dedicated crew. If you’re passionate about great service, thrive in a busy environment, and aren’t afraid of hard work – we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service across our restaurant, lounges, bar, and event spaces
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency
• Be a proactive and positive team member, always ready to support colleagues
• Help us drive guest satisfaction as we work toward our 4th star

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Confidence, energy, and great communication skills
• The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with the business

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.49-£12.41 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kelso TD5 7HT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Work authorisation:

• United Kingdom (required)
