• Job Description
• The Cafe at Winchester Cathedral are seeking keen individuals to assist within the Food & Beverage Team in order to exceed the expectations of all of our guests.
• Pay Rates from - £8.60 – £11.44 + 12% Holiday Pay Per Hour
• Flexible hours available
• Immediate Start
• Weekend Availability is vital for this role, applicants may be expected to be able to work Saturdays and Sundays

What will you be doing as a Food and Beverage Assistant

• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
• Keep the catering areas in a clean and maintained at all times.
• Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service.
• Opportunities to assist with events we hold, giving a great variety of work and experience!
• No experience required, just an appetite for excellent customer service, an appreciation for good food, full training provided!
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
• Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
• Expected start date: 27/05/2024
• Qualifications
• Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service
• You draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Works according to the BaxterStorey core values
