- Coordinate FM helpdesk functions and integrate FM processes within corporate systems. Ensure CAFM systems (e.g., Digitize FM) are updated with job statuses and completion reports. Maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., SFG20) and health & safety regulations. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including job sheets, quotes, invoices, certificates, and warranties. Track SLAs and KPIs, reporting progress to senior management. Working knowledge of building maintenance and compliance standards. Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, or facilities management. Background in FM/ PPM scheduling. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CAFM systems. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with compliance standards and SLAs in maintenance services. Experience managing reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs.
