  • The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role on our store leadership team, driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. As a key presence on the sales floor, the Floor Lead exemplifies outstanding interpersonal skills and consistently embodies Mejuri’s values.
