DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with local/small businesses and fleet customers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Understand customer fleet requirements and propose suitable vehicle solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with finance, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Fleet Vehicle Salesperson to grow our commercial and corporate vehicle sales. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with business clients, understanding their fleet needs, and delivering tailored vehicle solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales (automotive or fleet sales preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting sales targets
- Good understanding of commercial vehicles and fleet solutions (training can be provided)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
