• Advise clients on a range of asset backed debt financing solutions, including public and private ABS capital markets transactions as well as balance sheet warehouse financings across EMEA and other jurisdictions Project manage new issue ABS processes, including coordinating and communicating with key stakeholders and third parties (lawyers, accountants, rating agencies, trustees, etc.), and supervising work-streams with a strong focus on modelling and analytics Develop and maintain key business relationships with senior corporate management and capital market teams at target clients Research, evaluate opportunities and prepare pitches for clients within the securitisation Collaborate with balance sheet lending teams to deploy capital in ABS warehouses Supervise and develop Associates and Analysts on various transactions 5 - 8 years of ABS, CMBS or RMBS securitization related experience (ABS preferred) Deep understanding of the public and private ABS processes including rating agency work, legal documentation and marketing processes Digital infrastructure (data centers, GPU, fiber, cell tower, media rights, etc) Transportation, Equipment and Energy (aviation, fleet, equipment, container, rail car, solar panels, battery storage, EV charging and other energy transition infrastructure ).
