  • Job Description
  • Lead the Fitness Standard
  • Act as a visible ambassador for fitness across the Everlast Gyms estate
  • Set, embed, and maintain elite coaching standards aligned to the Everlast brand
  • Ensure consistent delivery of group training, PT, and fitness experiences across all clubs
  • Drive Commercial Performance
  • Own and drive the commercial success of the fitness product across your region
  • Support clubs to maximise PT revenue, group training utilisation, and engagement
  • Use data, insight, and KPIs to influence performance and challenge underperformance
  • Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain Head Coaches, Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and class instructors
  • Support General Managers and Area Managers through onsite and remote coaching
  • Build strong pipelines of talent and future fitness leaders
  • Deliver Elevated Fitness Experiences
  • Lead regional workouts, launches, and events across the Frasers Group estate
  • Drive group training engagement through innovative programming and activation
  • Ensure fitness environments are professional, safe, engaging, and on-brand
  • Execute with Precision
  • Lead the rollout of new fitness products and initiatives
  • Partner with Learning & Development to evolve training materials and delivery methods
  • Maintain brand standards in line with the Everlast brand book across all clubs
  • Qualifications
  • Level 3 fitness qualification (or equivalent) – essential
  • Proven experience delivering a wide range of group training concepts
  • Strong knowledge of both boutique fitness and large-scale gym operations
  • Experience leading and developing teams of PTs and freelance coaches
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of fitness revenue models
  • Confident, influential communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for health, fitness, and coaching excellence
  • Driven, ambitious, and committed to continuous development
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and work varied hours to meet business needs
