This is a high-profile scheme requiring strong compliance and coordination skills. Strong building regulation knowledge is absolutely essential, along with fire safety regulations.Your new roleThis is not the main Site Manager position, but a dedicated role focused on managing specialist packages related to fire safety enhancements. You will: Oversee subcontractor packages for fire alarms, stoppage works, and electrical works.Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety standards, and fire regulations.Coordinate with the main Site Manager and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of works.Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. What you'll need to succeed Background as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager.Strong knowledge of building regulations, fire safety, and fire compliance.Experience managing specialist subcontractor packages (fire alarms, electrical works).Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a larger site team.
