Fire and Security EngineerLocation : South East England Salary : £28-42,000My client are looking for a Fire and Security Engineer to join their team. This role will be covering the South East – and you should be able to travel to London. Daily DutiesInstall, inspect, and maintain fire protection & security systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards.Use power tools and hand tools to assemble, install, and test fire protection equipment.Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, intruder alarms, access control system & intercomsTroubleshoot and repair malfunctioning fire protection & security equipment.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.Maintain accurate records of work performed.Engineer will need to be prepared to be on call (this is split between all engineers within the business).QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Certification as a Fire Engineer.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Package25 days annual leave + bank holidays & birthday offOvertime Evening & weekend availability as overtime Company vehicle (install engineers receive vans & service van/car optional)
