• Trinity Fire & Security Systems are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and support across our client portfolio, ensuring system integrity and compliance.
• You’ll carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and minor remedial work, ensuring all systems perform effectively and meet regulatory and company standards. Working as part of a skilled regional team, you’ll be supported by dedicated service administrators and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver planned maintenance and reactive service calls to Fire and Security systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and technical insights.
• Identify and carry out remedial works and small installations in line with service guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of service and performance.

• Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open protocol systems
• CCTV: HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua
• Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom
• Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher
• What You’ll Bring
• Experience servicing and maintaining fire, security, and CCTV systems to relevant British Standards.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic electrical safety training (ECA) and sound technical understanding of building services.
