- On Target Earnings: £58,000 – This figure represents the average potential earnings, including overtime, call-outs, travel pay and bonus payments
- Trinity Fire & Security Systems are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and support across our client portfolio, ensuring system integrity and compliance.
- You’ll carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and minor remedial work, ensuring all systems perform effectively and meet regulatory and company standards. Working as part of a skilled regional team, you’ll be supported by dedicated service administrators and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned maintenance and reactive service calls to Fire and Security systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and technical insights.
- Identify and carry out remedial works and small installations in line with service guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of service and performance.
- Systems You’ll Work With
- Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open protocol systems
- CCTV: HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua
- Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom
- Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher
- What You’ll Bring
- Experience servicing and maintaining fire, security, and CCTV systems to relevant British Standards.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic electrical safety training (ECA) and sound technical understanding of building services.
