I am looking for a freelancer to help me find rental properties in Birmingham or Coventry where the landlord or letting agent allows HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) or company let arrangements. The freelancer’s role will be to: Contact landlords/agents in Birmingham or Coventry. Confirm they allow HMOs or company lets. Ensure the property is suitable for HMO use (size, compliance potential, location). Provide me with qualified leads of landlords/agents who are open to these arrangements. Important: I am not looking for sourcing agents. I will not pay sourcing fees or commissions. Payment is on a fixed fee per qualifying property lead (to be agreed in advance). Requirements: Experience with UK lettings, HMOs, or company lets. Ability to verify information directly with landlords/agents. Good communication and organisational skills.
