This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and strategic finance professional who wants to go beyond the numbers and play a key role in shaping impactful programmes that drive positive global change. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead on financial planning and business partnering for a range of programmes, ensuring budgets and forecasts are accurate, insightful and aligned with organisational priorities. You’ll provide high-quality management information and trusted challenge to budget holders, supporting effective decision-making across a diverse and ambitious organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as a strategic partner to programme teams, providing robust financial insight and challenge.Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organisational and funder requirements.Producing clear, accurate management information and commentary to support key stakeholders.Advising on the financial viability of new and existing projects and initiatives.Supporting financial capacity building across partner organisations, helping improve understanding of funding requirements and compliance.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring financial information supports effective programme delivery. The successful candidate will: Be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Have proven experience in a finance business partnering or financial planning role within a complex organisation.Demonstrate strong budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills.Be confident working with senior stakeholders
