This is a full-time, permanent Financial and working hours are Monday to Friday, in an office-based environment initially, moving to hybrid working after circa 2–3 months. This job ideal for ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career within financial planning, with fully funded study support towards the CII Diploma and clear progression prospects towards Financial Adviser / Financial Planner positions. Additional benefits include flexible working hours, 26 days holiday with Christmas closure, 5% employer pension contributions, healthcare benefits and regular social and team events.Job ResponsibilitiesThis Financial Services Trust Administrator job plays a key part in supporting clients who have received compensation following life-changing injuries, ensuring their financial arrangements are structured correctly and sensitively. The incoming Financial Services Trust Administrator will work closely with internal teams and external professionals to deliver a high standard of service at all times.Supporting the setup and ongoing administration of Personal Injury Trusts to protect compensation awardsExplaining financial and administrative processes clearly and compassionately to clientsActing as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors and professional contactsMaintaining accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirementsHandling sensitive and confidential information with care and precisionIdentifying opportunities where additional Financial Planning services may benefit clientsWorking collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Financial Planning businessAdhering to internal policies, procedures and regulatory standards at all times<st
