Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance within this newly created role, this is an exceptional opportunity to be involved in building the financial planning and analysis suit and insights for the board. In this highly commercial role, you will build strong relationships with the operating business support the forecasting and long-term planning cycles and deliver insightful financial modelling as the business continues its expansion. RoleWorking closely with the Head of Commercial Finance you will prepare, develop, and analyse key financial information to support the decision-making process. Responsibilities for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will include: Lead the Group forecasting and long-term planning processesBuild and maintain the financial modelsBuild a strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind the business' performanceAnalyse business performance and the modelling of ad hoc scenariosCollaborate with the local teams to share knowledge across and challenge on KPIsSupport the Head of Commercial Finance on ad hoc projects and insights Profile It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA )Strong communication skills - able to push back AND able to support stakeholdersHigh degree of commercial acumenStrong ERP and Excel skillsAble to work within tight deadlinesResults orientated, with a desire to succeed The CompanyThe role is based in Northampton.
