The Opportunity: Financial Controller We are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Financial Controller to join our growing team. This pivotal, forward-looking role will be central to our strategic decision-making, particularly concerning growth and capital raising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all future financial details for the business, ensuring robust financial planning, and driving consistency in our corporate metrics. Key Responsibilities ? Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed cash flow forecasts. Develop comprehensive growth and scenario modelling to support strategic initiatives. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process. ? Metric Management: Manage and report on key Software as a Service (SaaS) metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, Churn, LTV/CAC) as well as supporting the integration of KPI measurement across the business, providing actionable insights to the leadership team and serving as the champion for a consistent metric system across all business units. ? Capital Raising Support: Provide valuable support in all capital raising and grant application processes, including preparation of due diligence materials, financial projections, and investor-facing documents.
