Key Responsibilities Shape and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.Manage planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to inform decisions.Ensure adherence to regulatory and tax requirements.Produce timely financial statements and maintain robust internal controls.Drive cost efficiency and optimise cash flow, including stock financing.Partner with senior leaders to provide insights and support growth initiatives.Oversee relationships with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders.Lead and develop the finance team, fostering accountability and improvement.
