This is a newly created role following a period of sustained expansion and private investment, offering significant exposure to the senior leadership team and a clear route to Finance Director as the business continues its growth trajectory. Working closely with the CFO, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, lead a small team, and help shape the financial strategy as the business scales - both organically and through acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, controls, and month-end close.Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.Lead, mentor and develop a small, high-performing finance team.Implement process improvements and strengthen financial governance.Support the integration of new acquisitions and drive reporting consistency across the group.Prepare insightful financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.
