What you'll doManaging day to day transactions including AP and ARResponsible for the preparation of termly and full year management accounts for all companies and assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts with our external accountants.Supporting the preparation of the annual budget and financial and cash flow, providingguidance to budget holders working closely with the CEO, including preparation of boardpapers.Identifying and summarising key trends in revenue streams for CEO and senior management team.Responsible for producing biannual royalty statements for second-class royalty income, managing the full distributions process from cash collection, ensuring accurate calculations through to timely delivery of royalty statements.What you'll needQualified at AAT level, or part qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.Experience in a similar role within a theatre, production, entertainment or creative agencyExperience in royalties or licensing reporting (preferred)Experience with Xero or similar softwares. Proficiency in Excel.Strong knowledge of payroll, VAT, and HMRC compliance.
