Main Duties Lead a high-performing finance team and collaborate across Development, Property Services, and Corporate Services.Oversee statutory accounts for subsidiaries and joint ventures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Maintain robust internal controls and drive audit readiness.Champion system improvements and foster a culture of continuous development. The Successful Candidate ACA or ACCA qualificationProven leadership and team development experience.Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage risk effectively.
