Having worked closely with this firm and previously placing candidates with them, they have asked us to help find a Part-time Financial Administrator to support one of the highest billing Advisers in the firm, in this newly created role. Previous experience of working within a Private Client Wealth Management firm in a Financial Administration position is desirable for this role.Duties as a Financial Administrator will include processing all new business applications, preparing illustrations, gaining letters of authority and assisting with annual reviews as well as acting as the first point of contact for all client queries. As there will be a high degree of client interaction, you must be able to display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build friendly and effective client relationships. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, whilst providing excellent on the job training and support from a very experienced Team Leader.As a Financial Administrator you will be office based 4 days a week.The role would suit someone that is looking for a career within the support side of Private Client Wealth Management, with the opportunity to grow into a more senior role and take on more responsibility as your skills set increases.
