We’re delighted to be partnering with a Housing Association to recruit an interim Year End Accountant. We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering statutory accounts and coordinating audit schedules within the housing sector. Key duties: Lead the year-end process, ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely, and audit-readyStrengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with sector-specific regulations and requirementsSupport the finance team through a busy reporting period, helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations Candidate profile: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Experience working within Housing Associations is essentialDemonstratable experience leading year end processes Role information: Contract length: 6 monthsDay rate: £400 - £450Location: London (will consider remote working)
