Responsibilities: Monthly management accounts, forecasts, and regulatory submissions.Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets.Financial reporting and performance tracking.Support year-end audits and the preparation of financial statements.Supervise junior staff and lead outsourced accounting work.Manage bond payments, invoice processing, and monthly commission reconciliations.Serve as the primary contact for financial queries and ensure timely completion of month-end tasks.Prepare initial drafts of annual and interim financial statements and assist with year-end audits.
