Key Responsibilities Project Support & Control Implement and manage project lifecycle controls: documentation, change control, planning, resource profiling, and risk registersProduce status reports and risk analyses to support delivery teams and leadershipCoordinate governance activities and maintain a portfolio of pipeline projectsEngage with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment and transparency Financial Oversight Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reportingMaintain and audit project data across CRM and ERP platformsManage purchase orders, job codes, and member statementsPrepare and support funding claims and resource forecasts Additional Contributions Support bid development and process improvement initiativesProvide training and mentorship to PMO colleaguesCollaborate with finance teams to ensure data integrity
