Finance Manager (AP&AR) – ConstructionSalary - c£55k We are recruiting an experienced Finance Manager on behalf of our client, a leading construction and infrastructure services group in the South Hertfordshire area. THE ROLEAs the Finance Manager you will be mainly responsible for Accounts the Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for the group of companies so experience in these areas is essential. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance whilst leading and developing a high performing team of 4. IDEAL CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have previous experience managing the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions for a similar sized business. You will be able to demonstrate a track of record of leading, training and developing finance teams with experience improving and implementing finance systems and controls. You will have had some exposure to ERT or finance systems eg: Expedian or similar. You will also have had some experience with FP&A as well as credit risks, debt collection and cash-flow processes. This is a 12 month FTC (maternity cover).
