As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious, highly organized Finance/Office Manager to join our small, dynamic team. Day-to-day of the role: Preparing Year End AccountsVATBank reconciliationsMultiple administration work including import and export documentationServe as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues.Handle bank and credit card reconciliations, including multi-currency reconciliations.Manage data entry, payroll processing, and supplier invoice processing.Create sales invoices and control credit for all customer outstanding balances.Address customer and supplier queries.Prepare necessary import/export documentation.Support the marketing manager with sales and customer reports.Assist the sales manager with order processing.Participate in regular stock takes.Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Someone with solid accounting who likes to be involved in other areas of the businessHighly organized and proactive in thinking ahead.Strong communication skills across all levels.Professional demeanour with a self-starting, can-do attitude.Minimum of 3 years' experience with Sage accounting software.AAT qualification or qualified by experienceExcellent IT skills, proficient in Excel and Word.Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
