Finance & Office ManagerSouthampton Full-Time / Office BasedA well-established automotive business based in the Southampton area are seeking to recruit an experienced and reliable Finance & Office Manager. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with a strong focus on invoicing and accurate record keeping.Key Responsibilities:Processing sales and purchase invoices accurately and in a timely mannerManaging accounts payable and accounts receivableBank and credit card reconciliationsMaintaining ledgers and financial recordsLiaising with suppliers, customers, and external accountants as requiredSupporting general office and administrative tasks related to financeAbout You:Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts roleStrong understanding of invoicing processes and reconciliationsProficient with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar)High level of accuracy and attention to detailWell organised and able to work independentlyAutomotive industry experience desirable but not essentialChalk Hill Group is a Recruitment Agency.
