Ideal for Big 4 candidates looking for their first move into the industry or accounting professionals looking for their next step within real estate.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Group CFOProperty management accounts - own the month-end close (P&L and balance-sheet reconciliations)Supporting the audit, budgeting, and cash management processes.Support transaction execution, including due diligence, and preparation of marketing and investment materialsSupport in building, maintaining, and improving transaction and portfolio modelsSupporting the audit, budgeting, and cash management processesKey Requirements:Strong Educational background (ideally part-qualified or qualified accounting qualification)Ex Big 4 experience is advantageousExperience ideally within private equity, commercial real estate, or property managementFinancial Modelling experienceThis role requires on-site working in the London office.
