The Role: Reporting to the CEO/CFO, you'll oversee all aspects of the accounting function and strengthen the finance team, ensuring robust reporting, controls, and operational processes across an international business. You will also partner with non-finance teams on budgets and lead financial planning & analysis to support the company's strategic direction.
