Finance ManagerMedia Planning & Buying Agency | Central London | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | £50k–£60kA rapidly expanding, well-established media planning and buying agency is hiring a Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance team.This is a newly created role to support the agency’s growth through reporting, management accounts, and mentoring a team junior finance professionals.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager with a media background who is eager to take the next step in their career within a thriving, creative agency.Key Responsibilities Lead month-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Assist in preparing year-end accounts and supporting external audits.Prepare and reconcile monthly management accounts. Support the Financial Controller in producing financial reports and variance analyses for leadership.Track expenses against budget and assist with financial reporting, including cash flow and budget reports.Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Maintain financial models, monitor budget performance, and update forecasts as needed.Manage junior team members as they process supplier invoices, handle payment runs, and maintain accurate records of payables.Skills & Experience4+ years’ finance experience within a media or creative environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, reporting, and data analysis).Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to financial record-keeping.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Familiarity with MediaOcean is highly advantageous.Exposure to BI dashboards or automation tools for reporting and process optimisation is desirable.
