This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of a dynamic finance function and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and lead the finance team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.Take full ownership of the management accounts process, delivering timely and insightful reporting.Prepare and maintain robust cashflow forecasts to support business planning.Handle large and complex data sets, applying advanced Excel skills (including Power Query, PivotTables, and VBA) to enhance reporting and analysis.Act as a strategic business partner to operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight and support.Conduct detailed variance analysis to explain financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, managing audit processes and ensuring compliance.
