This is a newly created role, a strategic hire to support the ongoing development of this high growth business. You will work closely with the Managing Director, providing insight to support business decision making, in return you will receive autonomy, hybrid working and flexibility around days and hours worked.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day financial operations, control and reporting, including monthly management accounts and sales ledger oversightDeliver budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning, providing clear insight on performance, risks and future outlook to the boardOversee commercial and project accounting, including job costing. Profitability and budget reconciliation, improving visibility of margins and resourcingAct as a strategic finance partner to the MD and senior leadership team, supporting informed decision making and building commercial awareness across the agencyMaintain and improve financial systems, controls and compliance, including VAT, payroll, reconcilliations and year end processes.Key Skills preferredPart or Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA,ACCA) or qualified by experienceProven in producing monthly board packs and reporting to leadership teamsCommercially minded, pragmatic and confident working autonomouslyAble to balance strong attention to detail seeing the bigger pictureAdvanced Excel skills and confident with standard office softwareWhy Join?This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking flexibility but still eager to make and impact.
