This role will play a key part in supporting commercial teams, driving performance and strengthening financial decision-making. As the organisation continues to grow into new markets, this position offers excellent opportunities for progression.Key Responsibilities:• Business Partnering – Provide proactive financial support, challenge and insight to commercial and operational stakeholders.• Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and robust assumptions.• Financial Analysis – Deliver variance analysis, performance reviews, margin management, and ad-hoc insights to support strategic decisions.• Reporting – Prepare monthly review packs, commentary, bridge statements and presentations for senior leaders.• Controls & Compliance – Maintain strong financial controls, support internal and external audits, and ensure accurate documentation in line with company policies.• Additional Responsibilities – Support currency assessments, rebate calculations, funding requests and wider project activity.Desirable Skills:• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience• Experience in management accounting or commercial finance• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-finance teams• Adva
