Overview Our respected client, a growing and forward-thinking Marketing business based in Birmingham City Centre, is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join their dynamic, medium-sized finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in a business that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll oversee a small team, lead on financial reporting and process development, and act as a trusted partner to senior management. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll ensure that all financial reporting and analysis are accurate, timely, and insightful. You'll play a key role in preparing management and financial accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and VAT returns, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will also be assisting with managing transactional ledgers and the office. Ideally, you will: Be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE) with a strong technical grounding in management accounting.Have prior experience in a commercial, or service-led role in an environment where you must wear multiple hats.Demonstrate your ability to improve processes and challenge the status quo.Be confident producing full management accounts, budgets, and forecasts with accuracy and insight.
