Your new roleReporting into the Finance Director and working alongside the RoW Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial operations for the UK and EU regions of the business. Main duties: Preparation and consolidation of monthly management accountsReview of individual company management accountsAssist the FD with monthly and annual financial reporting requirementsReview of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysisSupervision of VAT and overseas sales tax returnsFull involvement in the improvement of internal processes and efficienciesManagement of a small finance team What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBEDemonstrable experience of providing hands-on, day-to-day financial management and supportPossess a 'sleeves rolled up' approach with the ability to get stuck inHigh attention to detail and able to co-ordinate substantial amounts of informationExcellent communication skills with the confidence to build and maintain effective relationships with non-finance stakeholdersExperience of managing and developing finance teamsStrong Excel/spreadsheet skills and good working knowledge of accounting software (Oracle NetSuite highly advantageous) What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitiv
