Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliationProduce monthly management accounts, financial reports, and cashflow forecastsLead budgeting and financial planning processesManage year-end audit processes and liaise with external accountantsEnsure compliance with statutory obligations, including VAT, HMRC filings, and financial regulationsImprove financial controls, processes, and systems as the business growsSupport commercial decision-making with analysis and recommendations The Ideal Candidate Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or equivalent experienceStrong experience in a management accountant role, ideally within an SMEExcellent understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cashflow managementConfident using accounting software Benefits Hybrid working pattern, once probation is completedFlexible start and finish times25 days + bank holidaysPension Scheme
