We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Finance Manager to help drive sharp reporting, strong controls, and smarter decision-making—while leading and developing a small team.The roleBased near Oxford Circus, London, you’ll take ownership of core financial operations and reporting, partnering with stakeholders across the business to keep performance on track and improvements moving.What you’ll be doing:Lead month-end close, management reporting, and variance analysisOversee budgeting and forecasting cycles with a commercial lensStrengthen financial controls and process improvementsSupport audit, statutory reporting, and compliance requirementsPartner with operational teams to translate numbers into insightSupervise and coach a small team (and help the team thrive)What you’ll bringQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Experience in a finance management role with end-to-end reporting responsibilityProven people supervision (you’ve managed or directly supervised at least one person)Strong Excel skills; confident with finance systems/ERPsClear communication style and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
