Job Title: Finance ManagerLocation: CoventryContract Type: Permanent, Full-time We are currently working with a client who is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead their finance function. This role would suit a fully qualified accountant who can balance strong financial control with commercial insight and effective stakeholder management. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, planning, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the production of monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentaryOwn budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesAct as a key finance business partner to senior and operational stakeholdersEnsure robust financial controls, governance, and processes are maintainedManage and develop members of the finance teamOversee balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closeLead year-end processes, including statutory accounts and auditSupport cash flow management and working capital optimisationDrive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes Candidate Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA), QBE also consideredProven experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent roleStrong technical accounting and financial control backgroundDemonstrated people management experienceCommercially minded with strong analytical skillsConfident communicator able to influence senior stakeholdersProactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities Please put your home postcode on your CV when applying.
