This is a commercial role where you will be a pivotal part of the agency. It will suit someone used to working in an Indy creative agency previously and someone wanting to learn and hone their skills.The Finance and Commercial team is a very well-oiled machine which works closely with the whole agency , particularly with the Account managers and Production so strong communication & empathy for your peers is important.It is both a lead and support role as shown below, where being an organised self starter who has a ‘can do’ approach will be key. The role will be a strong support for the CFO.The role of the Finance Manager- Creative Studio:Finance - using Sage and ExcelMonthly production of P&L and all balance sheet reconciliationsMonthly balance sheet reconciliationsPosting accruals, prepayments, fixed assets depreciationMonthly Cost forecasting for the FY & re-forecastDealing with year-end audit queriesSubmitting quarterly VAT returnsAnnual P11D and PSA submissionsCashflow reconciliation and forecastingBank reconciliationsPayroll – ensuring monthly changes are sent on time and timely payment to staffR
