An exciting opportunity to join a thriving professional services organisation in London as a Finance Manager. You'll work closely with senior management, manage multi-currency financial operations across the US and Europe, while managing a team. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial management, including approx. 500 outgoing and 300 incoming monthly transactions across multiple currencies.Manage and develop two direct reports through coaching, guidance, and regular feedback.Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial reports for senior leadership and international stakeholders.Lead month-end and year-end close processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Monitor cashflow, accounts payable/receivable, and financial controls to ensure strong governance and risk management.Collaborate across departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.Support contract and billing management for US and European clients, ensuring all documentation is compliant.Produce timely, accurate financial reports, highlighting key trends and actionable insights.Identify and drive process improvements or automation within the finance function.Contribute positively to team culture, sharing knowledge and supporting wider business initiatives.
